Benefits of the Program
Our Loyalty Rewards Program replaces the current VIP Customer Program and is free to join. There are lots of benefits to joining the program such as receiving advanced notification of our most popular events. Earn points for every eligible purchase you make (see exclusions under Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page). Earn $5 in Reward points for eligible purchases at our retail stores totaling $100.00, (excluding tax).
You’ll see your current Rewards status on the bottom of every Country Farms receipt, or you may ask any cashier to tell you your current point status.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our valued customers. We will not sell, rent or give away any personal information to any outside person, company, organization or agency. The information we ask when joining is only to enable us to credit points to your account and send you offers and discounts. We will not send out junk mail or spam.
Terms & Conditions
- You must be at least 18 years of age to sign up for your card.
- The Loyalty Rewards program is available exclusively to retail customers only. Contractors and employees are not eligible for rewards.
- Rewards are redeemable 1 day after qualified purchases.
- Points are not earned on the following: sale items, online or printed discount promotions, clearance items, gift certificate purchases, pallet deposits, delivery fees, labor, landscape services, installation or any product installed by our team.
- Returned items will show as adjusted rewards. Any items received as a result of Points redemption may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable points redeemed for such item (not cash or credit).
- Reward points are not redeemable for the purchase of gift certificates, clearance items, and cannot be used on previous purchases. Points may not be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to pay sales tax.
- Points may not be shared with other Reward Members.
- Country Farms reserves the right to change or rescind the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time. Some exclusions may apply.
- Rewards expire in 90 days.
- Your participation in our Loyalty Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
