What types of services do you Provide?
Country Farms provides a wide range of services to help make your home look beautiful. From landscaping and hardscape, to waterfalls and ponds, to fencing and railing, to pergolas and pavilions, we can do it all to make sure your home is looking spectacular.
How can I get a project estimate?
We have grown from a small, local garden center and landscape installation company to one of the area’s most experienced landscape design and installation service providers. With our full scale garden center, you can customize your outdoor projects by choosing your favorite plants and products to be included in your design.

How soon will you start on my project once an estimate is agreed upon?
The time frame to start your project varies by season and type of work needed. To secure your spot on our schedule in a timely manner, please sign, date, and return your proposal – either electronically, by mail or in person and include your down payment.
Is the garden center open all year long?
Yes our Garden Center and Supply Yard are open 12 months of year. Our hours of operation may vary according to the season. We are open to assist you with everything from plants to garden decor in the spring and summer, to mums in the fall, with winter maintenance and ice melt products in the winter.

I'm a Contractor. Can you deliver materials to my job site?
Yes, please contact us to schedule in advance to have your material ready for your project. Delivery fees will apply.
What is the process of receiving an estimate?
Once we receive your estimate request, a member of our team will call to schedule an appointment to meet at your home or property. Longer wait times are to be expected during peak season due to high volume of estimate requests. During your appointment, our estimator will take detailed notes, measurements, and photos of the site. You will receive an email or mail copy of your proposal within a few days of your estimate appointment.
How do I accept a proposal from Country Farms?
Please return a signed copy along with approximately 1/3 of the total project amount for your deposit. Deposits can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Please note that credit card payments for installation projects will include a 3% convenience fee. We cannot accept American Express credit cards.
You can sign your proposal and make a deposit by: visiting our office, mailing the signed proposal with a check, or electronically signing your proposal. You are also welcome to call our office at 724-837-4650 to make credit card payments (3% convenience fee will apply)
I’ve accepted a project proposal, now what?
Shortly after you have accepted your proposal, our customer service specialist will give you a call to discuss our schedule, project materials, and other details that are needed to complete your project.
What is hardscaping and how is it different from landscaping/softscaping?
Landscaping/softscaping typically refers to design and installation of plants, mulch, and organic items to enhance your outdoor space. Your landscape project may include some hardscape features like a paving stone walkway or patio. Hardscape typically refers to projects created with concrete paving stones and wall block, or natural stone, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor entertainment areas.

What is your Garden Center return policy/warranty?
Country Farms provides a 90 Day – 1 Time Replacement of plants purchased from our Garden Center.
Customer must provide receipt showing date purchased and must bring in plant or clear photo of plant in question. Our garden center staff will evaluate the plant for exclusions found on our warranty page.
Purchase and use of Bio-Tone extends the 90 day warranty to 6 months. Please see our warranty page for full exclusion list.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We can provide 2D (plan view) or 3D designs to help you visualize your project. Fees vary based on size of project and type of design wanted.
