Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Garden Center Manager/ Retail Manager to lead our vibrant garden center operations. This dynamic role combines retail management with horticultural expertise, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while overseeing daily store functions. As a key leader, you will manage staff, optimize sales, maintain inventory, and promote a welcoming environment that inspires customers to bring their outdoor visions to life. Your leadership will drive team success, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the smooth operation of all store activities.
Job Responsibilities
Work diligently to keep all plant material healthy and ready for sale
Maintain and display products in a manner that contributes to the selling of plant materials
Have an understanding and working knowledge of horticulture practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
At least one year experience in retail and/or horticulture experience.
Basic math skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Customer service skills and etiquette
A strong desire to learn, taking the time to keep up with any industry changes or trends
Work Environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Will be exposed to various weather conditions
